Here is a guide to get through the last two to four weeks of pregnancy without losing your mind.

 

Eat whatever you want 

Since this is the last step before pregnancy, it is not frowned upon to splurge. Some people are very careful and count their calories throughout the pregnancy process, however this is a time to enjoy your food instead of stressing out about calories. Enjoy that burger or candy bar, whatever is may be! Enjoy it. This will hopefully ease your mind a little

 

Treat yourself

It has been a long 9 months and it’s nice to treat yourself and relax a bit before the big day. This will hopefully bring yourself to a calm state and breathe. Whether that be a spa day, buying yourself something nice or just sleeping and resting for endless hours.

 

Let whatever it is go 

Any job or chore that needs to be finished, let it go. This is your time and you are two weeks away and you don’t need any extra stress added. Use that time to do something for YOU. Whatever it is will be there for you when you return. Trust me, this may be a once in a lifetime chance where you can leave a chore undone or have someone do it for you.

 

Make plans  

This is the best time to make plans and have a fun time with friends and family. Do something you really want to do and look forward to doing. It could be date night, girl’s night, getting all dressed up, whatever it is! Get yourself in a state of mind that you can do anything that comes in your way! You are near and what best then to have a last hurrah with some good people.

 

Light Exercise 

Doing some light exercise is good right before. It could be beneficial so that generate liveliness and all-around flow between your body and mind. Research has stated that a little exercise a day can cause an easier labor. Don’t overdo it, but gentle and nice exercises can help.
